Dear Maj/Mom/Mommay,

I’d like to start off by saying I LOVE YOU. You inspire me to be a better woman and someday be an amazing wife and mother. You’ve watched me grow, but I too have seen how much you’ve grown over the years as well. Life started in a basement and because of your hard work (and dads) you moved all your kids to a house in the suburbs. I want to thank you for giving me the opportunities that I’ve had over the years.
Mom, you are the apple of my eye. Mainly because I know I’m beautiful and I look just like you. You are the most hard working woman I know. You definitely work harder than a lot of men. You’ve dedicated your life to helping people and thats probably why I’ve always wanted to help others. You are a perfect example of what a mother and wife should be. You’ve supported every dream of your kids and husband.
I can’t apologize for you being in labour with me for 23 hours because I knew the world was corrupted from a young age, but I can say thank you for putting up with me. I know I’m the most annoying out of the bunch, twerk every minute of the day, and say some of the most inappropriate things, but you love me anyway.
You taught me everything
And everything you’ve given me
I always keep it inside
You’re the driving force in my life, yeah

There isn’t anything
Or anyone that I can be
And it just wouldn’t feel right

I have style because of you. If it wasn’t for your amazing style and making sure I never left the house looking like I had no home I probably would have never pursued fashion. Dad was definitely the artistic one in the house, but you had all the style. My style is crazy, and I’m known to be the one with the outrageous outfits in the family, but it all came from you. Fashion is a form of creativity and you ability to put it together makes you a creative too. I learned all the beauty tricks from you. You’ve stayed in trend with all the beauty tricks, which means I can borrow all of your stuff. 😉
Don’t you know we love ya? Sweet lady
And dear mama
Place no one above ya, sweet lady
You are appreciated

Mom, I know at times we all can be moody (got that from you), and rude, but you never fail to put us in our place. I love you mom. Sometimes my moods say otherwise, but there is literally no one else on this earth that I’d trade you for (not even Lauryn Hill). A child’s love can sometimes go unnoticed because we are so wrapped up in our own lives, but a mothers love for her child is her life.
Thank you mama for the nine months you carried me through
All the pain an’ sufferin’
No one knows the pressure you bare a just only you
Give you all my love, oh yeah
Thank you mama for the nine months you carried me through
All the pain an’ sufferin’
No one knows the pressure you bare a just only you
It’s my words and my utterin’ – Sizzla
MOM, MAJ, MOMMMMMAY, thank you for loving me unconditionally. Thank you for listening to me complain about trivial things. Thank you for pushing me to be a better person. Mom, thank you for the 9 months your carried me through all the pain. Thank you for my siblings. Thank you for showing me what it means to work hard for the things I want. These words will never be enough, but I will show you. Love you forever and always.
